I traveled a bit as a kid with my family. While it was enjoyable, my anxiety eventually became too much by my early twenties. I stayed in my hometown of Tucson, AZ for the next 8 years.

After getting laid-off two times in a row while working in the aviation industry, I decided to start a new career in information technology. It was while I was taking classes and working part-time at the local community college that I decided to give traveling another chance.

I started perusing Google maps for a possible destination and settled on a mining town turned tourist attraction about an hour and a half South of where I live called Bisbee. My anxiety wrecked a little havoc but I enjoyed myself so much that I started to travel every chance that I got.

Before too long, I ended up taking a couple weeks off and doing a cross-country road trip to see my sister in Chaska, MN. I have now visited over 20 states and my goal is to visit all 50 before I die.

While I have been taking pictures, I have not been keeping a journal of any short. Thus, I decided to start this blog to primarily document my memories before they fade and it would also be awesome if I am able to make a little money from affiliate links and the such to help fund more trips and thus more content for this blog.
